Can my fiduciary work with me?

Yes. You invite them under “Users” with the fiduciary role; they get their own login with a second factor and see all their client companies in one overview. Access is included in the subscription.

What does payroll cost?

It’s an add-on, priced by the number of payslips in a month: 1 employee CHF 10.– · up to 5 CHF 25.– · up to 10 CHF 45.– · up to 25 CHF 90.– per month, billed for a whole year. You can move up at any time (today you only pay the difference until the end of your year); moving down takes effect from the renewal.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Europe (Frankfurt am Main), operated in line with the Swiss FADP and the European GDPR. Your documents are kept as PDFs, exactly as they were sent, and everything can be exported at any time.
