Buchify is a Swiss accounting solution for small businesses, associations and self-employed professionals. You create invoices with Swiss QR code, capture receipts by mobile and have payments automatically matched to the correct invoice – anything that doesn't match clearly is presented for your decision.

Underpinning it all is genuine double-entry bookkeeping using the Swiss SME chart of accounts. Invoices, payments and expenses post themselves, and your balance sheet and income statement are always up to date. At the end of each quarter, your VAT return appears ready in the layout of the ESTV form – either the effective method or the net tax rate, your choice.

Developed in Rorschach on Lake Constance: when you call, you speak directly with the developer. Your data is stored in Switzerland, the retention obligations of the Code of Obligations are met, and your documents belong to you – even if you ever stop using Buchify.
